Our services

We offer art therapy programs for both individuals and groups, in addition to art-based self-care and wellness workshops. These workshops cater to larger groups, organizations seeking one-time experiences, and communities that may not necessarily require therapy or feel hesitant about seeking it. Nevertheless, they can still benefit from the uplifting impact of engaging in artistic activities for overall well-being.

WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH YOUR ART THERAPIST TOGETHER IN SESSION?

Art making

Make art freely with various kinds of materials in a relaxing, safe, confidential space. It does not require participants to have artistic skills to participate. There are no judgments or expectations in this space. All art forms made in art therapy are welcomed and valued.

Reflecting

Reflect the artworks, thoughts and feelings that arise in this process together. However, this may cause you to experience uncomfortable feelings like sadness, guilt, anger, frustration, loneliness, and helplessness. Sharing and discussing these feelings and working through them is part of the work of art therapy.

Growing

It has been shown to have many benefits, but there are no guarantees of what you will experience. Most cases often lead to better relationships, solutions to specific problems, and emotional resilience.

AiB Studio has crafted a variety of workshops customized for a wide range of participants, each with its own distinct focus. Attendees not only gain knowledge about using art for their well-being but also actively participate in hands-on experiences they can carry forward independently. The overarching aim is to foster relaxation, enhance self-care abilities, boost confidence, and offer insights into the realm of art therapy and additional healing possibilities.
